Waverly Woods Summer Golf Camp is back for 2012 and better than ever! Your Junior Golfer is sure to enjoy his or her summer break tackling the fundamentals and sharpening golf skills on the beautiful driving range and 18 hole golf course at Waverly Woods Golf Club. Jeff Asner is returning for his seventh season as our Summer Camp's Lead Instructor and our new General Manager, Craig Shaffer, is excited to take over as Camp Director.
Practicing putting, short game, and the full swing on the range can be fun, but being able to experience the actual golf course is important for learning to golf and developing a love for the game. This year, we guarantee that campers will get on the course to get a feel for "the real thing" during their time at Waverly Woods Golf Camp. And the fun isn't over once your camp session is. Come out and see all that your junior golfer has learned with our special Super Twilight rate for parent-camper pairs. You and your Junior are invited to play Waverly Woods any time after 6pm for only $20 from the time your camper begins their camp week through the end of the season.
Week-long sessions begin June 11, with Full Day ($400) and Half Day ($250) options available. The Full Day camp is from 9am-3pm with lunch from Waverly Woods' newly renovated food and beverage department. Half Day sessions are from 9am-Noon.
We will be hosting a Summer Camp Open House in the spring- this will be your chance to come out and meet Craig and Jeff, tour Waverly Woods, and meet other campers and camp parents before we kick off the Camp Season. Date and details to be announced shortly.
